The problem about the pulse wave becoming a continuous triangular wave

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello every bodies,

I am trying to simulate the propagation of pulsed ultrasound in human tissue. When setting the pulse function, I found a problem: when the pulse repetition frequency is too large and the pulse duration is long, the pulse wave will become a continuous triangular wave, which is very bad for me to explore the effect of the duty cycle on the sound field. But I set the transition zone to 0. I am not sure if this is a problem of the software itself.

Can you give me some suggestions on this topic? Any comments are greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
