Problem of loading a text file

Hello everyone, I have a text file, but each time I want to load it by comsol, I receive an error of cannot load the file. Here is my file, is there anyone who can help me for that please? Comsol version is 5.4. Thanks so much Sorry I did not see any part to attach the file.

Hi,

I imported the attached text file without any problems as an Interpolation function. Did you import it somewhere else in the COMSOL Multiphysics software?
