Implementation of a Concentration Pulse

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi everybody I am modelling proteins electrophoresis in a microfluidic device. I am simulating a protein separation by an hydrogel matrix. I tried to implement the protein as initial inflow but I cannot observe the typical peak that we have in this process. My idea is to implement the protein as a concentration pulse in time. Could anyone help me to implement it?? I tried many ways but I didn't manage to figure it out

I attach here the simulation

Simone
