Heat transfer in solid and Phase change material

I developed a time-dependent model for a model that has phase change material. Please see the attached file. The Boundary conditions that I have do not vary with time and I don't know why I cannot see the correct behavior in the PCM. The Boundary conditions are defined. I am wondering where the problem is?
