Solving a system of equations in COMSOL

Hello, I am working with the 5.2a Battery & Thermal packages. My model computes the generated heat (qh) for three 1D batteries then sending this data to a 3D battery package model to compute thermal effects on the geometry.
My goal is to send temperature information back to the 1D model so that it can recalculate current, resistance etc every timestep. To do this I need to solve a system of equations to solve for the new currents. So, I need a way to solve for 3 eq and 3 unknowns every specified timestep. Is there a way to do this in comsol?
