Drawing vertical line in 1D plot

I have a 1D plot in COMSOL 5.4, and I want to draw a vertical line at a certain value of x on top of a pre-existing plot. It seems like it should be fairly simple, but I haven't been able to find any way of doing this. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You can do this using a Table Graph plot.

Here is an example where two extra Point Graph nodes are used for drawing the vertical lines:
