Hi, I would like to ask if anyone has already done a model of an electrical resistance strain gauge. I've tried to model it and to apply a force in order to strain the substrate below the strain gauge. I've used mechanics of solid, electrostatic and electric circuit. I would like to give a constant voltage at the terminals of the strain gauge and measure the resistance variation when the force is applied. But when I run the process doesn't work because the main matrix has got zero elements on the diagonal.
Thank you.
