Piezoelectric energy harvester

Hi

I am doing a project based on cantilever type piezoelectric energy harvester. I have done the Eigen frequency analysis and Frequency domain analysis. The graph for electric potential versus frequency shows a transisition from negative to positive voltage at the resonance frequency. Kindly reply as to why this phenomenon happens. Thanks in advance.
