Piezoelectric energy harvester

Hi I am doing a unimorph piezoelectric energy harvester with a titanium proof mass. The cantilever is rectangular in shape and I have used PVDF as the piezoelectric material with a stainless steel base. The structure is fixed at one end and is made to move freely at the other end where the proof mass resides. I have done the Eigen frequency analysis and obtained the resonant frequencies. I want to apply a vibrational acceleration to the structure. Kindly reply as to how to provide the acceleration using the body load feature and to which part of the structure, the vibrational acceleration(body load) should be given. Thanks Anu
