Modeling drug distribution in randomly different sized spheroids

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi, I am trying to model drug distribution in spheroids with different sizes. I am using a 2D circle geometry to represent one spheroid. 1. I tried to use the random function to make 100 randomly sized circles, but I don't know how to set it up. 2. For post-processing, normally with only one circle I add a Cut Line to the center of circle, then I plot concentration vs arc length fo the cut line to describe concentration distribution along the line. I am wondering how to handle many different sized geometries. Sorry about so many questions, and I apreciate the help.

Thanks Claire
