Free surface problem

I have trouble following the model "Square drop oscillation under surface tension – 2D axi-symmetric model"

From the file, I only added study and mesh
but that model didn't work in 4.1
I think the weak term in Laminar flow bondary condition was missing
-nu_surf * test(uTx)
-nu_surf * test(vTy)
but I couldn't find how to.
Please help.
