Simulating Heat Distribution on a Substrate heated by Laser

hi,

I'm trying to find the heat distribution resultng on the surface of a substrate that its being heated by a constant Laser Source.

I've tried with both Comsol 3.5a and 4.1

I got nothing

i tried in 4.1 The heat transfer module where i applied a heat flux as a boundray condition but the solver doesn't converge i tried in 3.5a where i used a conduction model and i used a heat flux as a boundary condition but i got nothing too any help with this is a very appericated.
