Can particle Tracing for Fluid flow display the 3-D animation of the particle motion

Can particle Tracing for Fluid flow display the 3-D animation of the particle motion? It looks like only display the 2-D animation now?

yes. There's a lot of 3d animation to show.You can look at these examples.
