simulating heat steady state from a sinusoidal heat input

Hello,
I'd like to simulate the steady state temperature of my device.
(I've uploaded a drawing of my device, sorry i dont know how to copy an image to this post)
As you can see there are two heat input in the device. I'd like to input a sinusoidal heat source, something like Q=1000(1+sin(ft)), which I've done using the Heat Source node
What I'd like to see is the steady-state solution of the device. Can anyone please guide me on what to do next?
