Laser Heating Self Guided tutorial - where is it???

I hate to make such a trivial request, but I'm wasting too much time searching:
Through a google search, I found a PDF tutorial from COMSOL called 'Laser Heating – A Self Guided Tutorial' at https://www.comsol.com/forum/thread/attachment/193631/Laser_heating-comsol-tutorial-40091.pdf
It seems to answer exactly the questions I have, but requires the Heat Transfer Module, which I do not have. I want to use the PDE interface in Equation Based Modeling to do it from 'scratch'. It would be infinitely helpful if I could find the COMSOL mph file associated with the tutorial (laser_heat_transientCW.mph), but I am completely unable to find it on COMSOL.com, COMSOL.eu, through google, or anywhere. I have searched the forum, the blog, even the fridge in the break room. Any suggestions? So embarassing (not to mention frustrating)...
