I am new to the working with COMSOL and as such i have a very limited understanding of it. I am currently trying to solve the energy equation where i need to incorporate the value of velocity distribution which has an analytical solution .As there is also a viscous dissipation term i need to calculate gradient of velocity which is not possible analytically. As such i would like to ask if there is anyway i can just analytically express the velocity vector and hence use the gradient term in the equation.
