Capacitive Tactile Sensor

I am currently working on modeling of capacitive tactile sensor having 6 layers. The force is applied on the top layer and deformation should occur in the PDMS layer which leads to change in capacitance. I am trying to deduce the force vs deformation graph but i am not getting it. Could anyone please suggest me the step wise how to get the solution.

PS: I am new to Comsol.
