How to simulate mass evaporation in COMSOL

Hello all, I am currently doing simulation on laser based additive manufacturing. During the process, the composition of the alloy (i.e: Inconel 718) changes due to high temperature and consequent evaporation of some of the elements in the alloy. Can you please inform me how to simulate this composition change in COMSOL Thanks !
