How to stop flow of liquid when it goes below its melting point

Hello, I am trying to simulate the effect of recoil pressure during laser processing which results in a flow of molten liquid out of the cavity of the laser processed region. This liquid then solidifies due to quenching effect of surrounding low-temperature material solid. My model runs completely without error. The only problem is the liquid does not solidify once it gets out of the cavity and instead it spreads all over. I have provided all the necessary boundary condition such as damping force to stop the flow of liquid as well as an increase in viscosity below the melting point. I am trying to simulate similar to the given link which is a paper submitted in comsol conference 2015 in Pune. I have attached my model file for your reference.

I have the same problem. I tried to change the viscosity of the liquid. Entered step function with the transit zone of Delta T (50degC). But unfortunately Level Network does not react to it.
