Hi !

I have a 2D geometri where I have inflow and outflow of a gas specie resulting in and solved as a turbulent flow field.

Transportation of the different elements in the gas phase is described by a "Transport of diluted species" physics.
Some areas of the geometry is heated so theres a HT model set up and solved toghether with the other two physics.

All models are stationary and these 3 physics converge nicely and in a reasonable solution time.

I now want to add 2 chemical reactions between elements in the gas phase dependent on the temperature created by the heated surfaces.

I have build the models such that the Reaction Engineering is in Model 1 and when using the "Syncronize with Comsol Multiphysics" command there is a Model 2 defined were I put my other 3 physics.

When trying to solve the chemical reactions it seems like they dont happen....in my last solver I activate all physics and I get no errors when solving. Things look smooth, but the reaction rates are zero.

All connections between the models seems defined and have a valid value.
I also have en earlier version of the same reactions in a simpler geometry with HT and transportation and this one works fine. Compared the two different versions show no differences.

Any tricks I'm missing here ??

Have read the documentation and cant find that I'm doing anything wrong. I know I could try to activate the reaction equations directly in the Transportation of diluted species-physics, but I mean that this way of doing things should work as well since there is a connection between the Reaction Engineering and Transportation of diluted species physics.

Any tips or hint appreciated.
