Hello everyone! I am looking for a way to extract the effective refractive index of a 3D geometry in the optics module (or the complex wavenumber). The thing is that the simulated geometry is not a waveguide, neither is it symmetric so as to perform a 2D mode analysis or eigenfrequency. Is there any possible way to do it? Thank you in advance.
