Periodic boundary Conditions( can I use two PBCs instead of 4 in 3D structure?)

Dear Comsol Team, Greetings from Sydney.

I'm modeling an absorber with RF module, EMW using PBsC. My goal is to match my measured results to the simulation ones. My question is if it is possible to use two PBCs ( master and slave) in two side, while leaving the other 2 sides PEC by default? I am asking this, because, when I use 4 PBCs, the results are not matching and look very ugly, but with 2 PBCs, the results are quite better and close to the experimental one. But I am not sure if this is correct. Thank you so much for your usual good cooperation.

Yours faithfully, Patrick
