Electromagnetic heating

Dear all,

I've modelled a patch antenna on a multi-layered substrate. Now, I want to obtain the temperature distribution in different layers of the substrate due to the electromagnetic heating. but I don't know how to couple it with heat transfer module. In fact, I don't know which boundaries should I put in the heat flux section. Could you please help me
