Failed to find a solution for the initial parameter error

Hi,

I'm trying to model a symmetrically doped BJT in comsol but keep getting this error.

  • Feature: Stationary Solver 1 (sol1/s1) Failed to find a solution for the initial parameter. Maximum number of Newton iterations reached. Returned solution is not converged. Not all parameter steps returned.

Does anybody know how to fix this issue? I've attached my model below and would be grateful if someone could take a quick look and give me there take.
