Converge in stationary study but fail in time dependent

Dear all,
I have modelled in 3D of four layers of soil, one pile and one pipe in Comsol. I used Form Assembly in Geometry then Contact node in Solid Mechanics. It was converged in stationary study but it was not converged in time dependent study. Do you know how to solve this problem?
Failed to find consistent initial values. Segregated Step 1 Last time step is not converged.
I do need your help. I wish you help me to solve this problem. If I can not run successfully, I can not graduate for my master's degree. Thank you in advance.
