dynamic optimization in comsol

Hi,

Is there anyone who knows how to do dynamic optimization in comsol?

is it possible to creat a loop between matlab and comsol? for example, I first export the code from comsol to matlab, in matlab I will run the optimization process, which will give input to comsol, then from Comsol I will see the result...I dont want to do this manually, so I ask whether it is possible to creat a loop?
