comsol 5.3 is not installing

Hello,

Iam using Dell Laptop, Windows 8 version. While Iam trying to install comsol 5.3 version, the "NEW COMSOL 5.3 INSTALLATION" IS NOT ENABLED. Due to this, I couldn't further proceed with my installation. What I need to do??
