interior boundary conditions in a 1D multi layer model

I am modeling a multi-layer nanoscale model using Boltzmann transport equation. I need to input continuous flux and temperature interface conditions in the below form.
k1dT/dx=k2dT/dx and T1=T2 at the interfaces.
The original equation I am trying to solve is dT/dt+Kn*dT/dx=alpha*d2T/dx2.
I am having problem because the coefficients of dT/dx are completely different in the equation (Kn) and interface condition(k). I think COMSOL allows only same coefficients. Can you please let me know if it is possible to solve with different coefficients.
Is there a way to create user defined boundary conditions?
I am using v3.5a
Thanks a lot,
Lak
