Problem with my four-foot capacitor

Hi，I have made a four-foot capacitor，but i don't know how to connect it with the out circuit,and all the models in the case library of COMSOL about circuit is always two port but not for port.I am so appreciate if you can help me and give me some advice, thank you very much. my email:18709281522@163.com
