Please help: Low transmission of applied force

Dear all,

I've been simulating a pliers for my thesis. While doing this, I encountered the problem that the applied force doesn't seem to be transmitted fully.
Even a very high applied force leads to quite low deformations of the object (while the Young's modulus of the pressed object is very low: ~3.3 MPa).

The COMSOL-file is attached and I would apperciate any help!
