Bandgraph of Hexagonal Lattice

I'm trying to modify the bandgraph unit cell application file to one for a hexagonal lattice. However, the parameterization of the the Brillouin Zone isn't working in that the bands are all flat, indicating zero dispersion. I used the BZ used here: lamp.tu-graz.ac.at/~hadley/ss1/bzones/hexagonal.php. I have attached screenshots because the application file is too big and won't upload. Any ideas?
