hello sir,

I am working on CMOS simulation, but i am not able to find p-type or n-type material in the material library. Can u please suggest me a way out?

Hi

unfortunately no really, apart that I can suggest that you look up your electrical characterisitics of your p and N jonction material properties in a material data base, or by articles on the subject, and then you enter these into a "user defined" material. You can even start with a COMSOL DB material and adapt it.

Anyhow the material properties of n and p doped semiconductors is very dopant dependent so there should then be houndreds of different material properties. The best is to make you own for your case, then you also know what is inside ;)
