how to calculate the impedance

I have modeled a semiconductor resistance to which i have applied a small signal voltage varying from 0 volts to 26 mV. by using the option of sub domain integration , i integrated the total normal current density to evaluate the small signal current. Now i would like to calculate the impedance. How can i achieve this?
