How to create a Gaussin beam in time-harmonic mode

I am now working on COMSOL RF module to create a Gaussian beam.
In the tutorial model "Second harmonic generation of a Gaussian beam", we learned how to create a Gaussian beam in time-transient mode.
My question is how to create a Gaussian beam in time-hrmonic mode? Can we create a Gaussian beam along oblique direction?
Thanks in advance!
