Flux condition in equation form

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

I have a simple 1D problem to see if this is possible: I have 2 domains with a diluted species in each, say c1 and c2, and in the middle of them, I want to specify my own flux condition and I am not sure how to do it. What I want is to use the equation form of flux i.e. -D1*∂c1/∂x^2=-D2*∂c2/∂x^2 and then mess around with it, for example include other parameters.

Anybody know how I may do this?

Thank you,

David
