PMUT Modelling

Hi,

I am trying to model a PMUT using comsol 5.2. I am completely new to interface and the software. I have designed the geometrical model consisting of 2 blocks a PZT and a Silicone one. the dimensions are 2mm * 2mm * 5 micro m and 2mm * 2mm * 13 micro m respectively. The PZT is placed on top of the Si block. I have added fixed constraints to the all sides with the depth showing to bind the two layers. I have added the ground to the bottom layer of the pzt (touching the silicon), charge conservation for the pzt layer. For the physics I have added the piezoelectric and electric circuit property. I have also added the terminals and an external resistor using the electric circuit. I have added a volume body load on all domains (10 pa) .So the PZT must generate a charge/ voltage at certain points. Now i need to calculate the value of the voltage generated or the flux density simulation. so I have run the frequency domain simulation using the eigen frequency calculated. The stress plot is coming out to be fine and in coherence with the results predicted but when i click on the electric potential im getting 0 throughout the surface , I have tried many times changing many small parameters but im unsuccesfull. Since im completely new to COMSOL and could not find any similar projects on the internet, Im approaching to you for a solution. Please provide me with a solution.
