Non-Constant Electrical Conductivity

I am simulating the thermal distribution within an electrochemical cell using two COMSOL modules, the AC/DC and Heat Transfer Modules. The electrical conductivity of the electrolyte is now a constant. However, we determined experimentally that electric current is an exponential function of temperature (with a known pre-exponential factor). Hence, we hope to modify the program by relating current to conductivity, and then changing the constant conductivity into a function of temperature.
Can this be done with the current two modules, and if so, how?
