Importing Refractive Index Matrix to COMSOL

Hi All,
I have been trying so long to find a way to import my 2D measured refractive index matrix to COMSOL 3.5a, but I couldn't find any helpful answer yet.

is there anyone who can help me please with this problem? I have a matrix of x, a matrix of y and a matrix of refractive index per each point.

any help is greatly appreciated.
