Solving Fokker Planck Equation on Unit Sphere

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello everyone,

I am new to COMSOL and trying to solve 3-D Fokker-Planck equation on a unit sphere.

My initial value of a PDE is a gaussian distribution function and I am trying to see how this gaussian distribution function evolves over space w.r.t time due to drift and diffusion components.

Can anyone help me understand how to generate a 3-D gaussian distribution function on a unit sphere?
