Modeling Joule Heating of Electrosurgical Plasma Discharge

Hello, I am trying to plot a 2D model of the joule heating characteristics of a tri-polar electrosurgery knife. I am experiencing multiple errors while trying to compute studies. The two physics components for joule heating are heat transfer in solids and electric currents. There are two outer electrodes set to ground, a center electrode with a voltage of 480V, two strips of Teflon to act as an insulator for a portion between the outer and center electrodes, and the whole geometry is in a Saline solution environment.

When I try to run the simulation, I encounter the following error reports:

Failed to find a solution.
Maximum number of Newton iterations reached.
There was an error message from the linear solver.
The relative residual (0.14) is greater than the relative tolerance.
Returned solution is not converged.

Attached is the model I am working on.

Any advice is appreciated,
