silicon membrane stress/strain dicontinuity

Hello,
I'm simulating a quarter of a silicon square membrane under pressure. attached the VM stress along one of the central axes. Not sure how to get rid of the discontinuity on the edge (175um)
I am using a mapped mesh approx. 20um elements in plane and 3 elements on the membrane thickness but it doesn't seem to depend much on the mesh
