problem meshing of phase change in a building

Hello,

I'm a new user. i have modelling phase change in building. the size of building is 5m x 4m x 3m. i put thin layer of phase change and it has variation thickness from 3mm until 10mm. i'm trying a normal mesh, but the result is always error,.

can everyone help me? how to create a mesh in this modelling??
