Evaluate mass flow rate needed to remove a certain heat flux

Hi,
I'm trying to solve the following problem:
I have a 3D model of a box of stainless steel, with an electrical resistance on the top wall and an insulant material all around the box. At the bottom is needed a cooling circuit to remove the heat flux and to reach the steady state. I would like to obtain the mass flow rate needed to keep constant (with a certain tolerance) the temperature at the bottom plate of the box (I mean the plate in contact with the cooling circuit). How can I do? I'm sure that it is possible in COMSOL but I can't find how.
I selected heat transfer and laminar flow modules to model the system. I hope I've been clear.

Hi,

Take a look at this post first, it is similar to your model.

Don't forget to link both Heat Transfer in Fluids and Turbulent Flow physics by using Non-Isothermal Flow multi physics.

Generally, you need to create your model (Geometry, both physics, boundary conditions, mesh) and run it with an initial guess for water mass flow rate. Then after you make sure your model is working you can use comsol optimization capability to get to the exact mass flow rate that you want. But if you think using optimization is a complicated at this stage I suggest you using parametric study, where you run your model for couple of different mass flow rates and then you can manually limit range of mass flow rates in order to reach to the mass flow rate you want.
