Warning - "Output object is empty"

I'm trying to difference between object - cyl1 (objects to add) and another objects - cyl2 and several import objects (objects to subtract) in a large model. But in the result I keep getting a warning that says, "output object is empty".

Any help or tips would be much appreciated.

It could be that the error message gives you exactly what's wrong, namely that after the operation, there is nothing left (meaning that the total of the domains to be subtracted cover cyl1). But try doing simpler operations e.g. with each of the subtract-domains at a time, and see if one of them creates the problem.
