Defining contact pairs for acoustic-structural interaction problems

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Greetings,

I am attempting to simulate a transmission loss problem using acoustic-structural interaction. I am facing issues with applying contact pairs. These are the contacts that I wish to define:

a) Contact between structural surfaces are "glued" firmly together.
b) Contact between structural surfaces and fluid medium is basically for acoustic-structural interaction.

Read through COMSOL acoustic manual but not much is mentioned. Hope someone can provide some guidelines to get started. Thank you.

Attached is a schematic of the problem.
