I am not quite sure what your question is, but geometry capabilities are documented in Chapter 7 of the Reference Manual, version 5.2a. Drawing concentric cylinders is as simple as drawing two cylinders and making sure to specify coordinates for them that assures they are concentric. Alternatively, you can use the "Layers" section of the cylinder settings window.
