How to rotate the structure object with PDE method

Hi,

Everyone,

I am trying to simulate a 3d fluid-structure model in comsol, a cylinder rotates in the water, but I do not know how to rotate the cylinder here.

Does it need the PDE method or other methods? How to realize it?
