What are Tfail and NLfail in the log?

Hi
I'm working on a FSI simulations and I checked the log. It shows that Tfail and NLfail increase and the time step keeps decreasing during the simulation process. And I think that is what causes my simulation fail to converge. Can anyone tell me what these two parameters really are and how to prevent them from increasing. One more question, I want to check the results when viscosity is really small so I set the viscosity take the magnitude of order of 1e-7[Pa*s], does this really small viscosity also cause my simulation fail to converge?
