Post processing results of a Moving Boundary Problem

I have a 2-D model with a moving boundary set on one of the sides of my 2-D rectangular geometry. I use a free triangular mesh with corner refinement.

When I try to plot the dependent variable (Y-axis) wrt to the the material coordinate as well as the geometric coordinate (X-axis), I see that the plot does not include the deformation of the mesh.

Can anyone shed light as to why the plot does not take into account the deformed mesh coordinates??
