Velocity Slip B.C. Accuracy

Hi to all

I'm simulating flow in a micro channel with slip velocity boundary condition(Navier's slip).
All things are good but the accuracy of velocity profile in the center of channel.
Irrespective of the magnitude of velocity there is about 1.2% error between numerical and analytical results.This amount of error in large velocities makes trouble.
How can I improve the accuracy of the solution and eliminate this error?

I appreciate anyone can answer me...
